The NEW Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Reporting Requirement for Section 611 and Section 619 grants is due by Friday, June 16th and should be submitted to SED via email using the following email address: idea@nysed.gov. NYSED Portal Now Available for Lawyer Reporting - May 18, 2017

School Districts and BOCES may now file their annual reports pursuant to Education Law §2053 using the electronic filing system created by the State Education Department, Office of the Attorney General and Office of the State Comptroller. READ MORE >>

Final Cost Reports Due June 30, 2017 - May 12, 2017

The NYSED State Aid Unit has posted the list of School District and BOCES capital construction projects with Final Cost Reports (FCRs) due June, 30, 2017 that have not been received by SED as of 4/29/17. READ MORE >>

Reminder: Submission of DVPUB Signature Form - May 5, 2017

All districts must submit a completed DVPUB Signature Form with any required attachments to the STAC and Medicaid Unit for all 2015-16 10-month, high-cost verifications. No State Aid will be generated for those districts which do not submit a DVPUB signature form for their 2015-16 10-month, high-cost verifications. The original deadline for the submission of this form was March 31, 2017.If your district has not already submitted its DVPUB Signature Form, a blank 2-page form (with fillable fields) is available on the STAC/Medicaid Unit website at: http://www.oms.nysed.gov/stac/forms/DVPUB_Signature_Form_Rev.pdf

NEW - Maintenance of Effort Reporting Requirement Webinar - May 1, 2017

Have you heard about the NEW Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Reporting Requirement for Section 611 and Section 619 grants due June 16th? Do you have questions about what it is, how to complete it or where to get the information? We will be holding a webinar on Monday, May 8th at 1:30 p.m. to help school districts better understand the requirements, the process and how to get started.
